SkinFX Medical Spa Cancellation Policy

At SkinFX Medical Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate the scheduling needs of all our clients. To ensure we can continue to do so, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Appointment Cancellation:
    • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.
  2. No-Shows and Late Cancellations:
    • If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
  3. Payment of Fees:
    • The $100 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file which must be provided prior to booking a new appointment.
  4. Emergencies:
    • We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
  5. Reminders:
    • Appointment reminders are sent out via email, text, or phone call to help clients remember their scheduled time. However, it is ultimately the client’s responsibility to manage their appointment schedule.
